Our Policies:

 

 

1.    Pricing Policy

 

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. Ultimate Computer Systems is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography of product literature. All equipment and parts come with the original manufacturer’s warranty and corresponding technical support. Ultimate Computer Systems does offer technical support on a per product basis.

 

 

2.   Return Policy

All sales are final. (Please note that this is due to market variation) Returns/Refunds will only be processed, on defective product, within 30 days of sale and are subject to testing and verification. All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on current price, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.

 

 

3.   Warranty Policy

Ultimate Computer Systems warrants that product is free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions stated herein, agrees to repair or replace, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty from the date of the original retail purchase, without charge for parts and/or labor.  The warranty period is one year -  unless otherwise stated. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.  Damage caused by misuse, or negligence, is not covered by warranty and will incur a charge for replacement parts and a $65.00/hour labor charge.

 

Ultimate Computer Systems is a distributor only.  Products sold by Ultimate Computer Systems are not manufactured by Ultimate Computer Systems. However, the products may be covered by each manufacturer's warranty policy (if any) for service, and support.  Ultimate Computer Systems assigns and passes through to the Customer any manufacturer’s warranty.  The Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products. Ultimate Computer Systems makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product, except those stated in this document. Ultimate Computer Systems disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

 

 

4.     Return Procedure:

 

      i)     Obtain an RMA Number

      ii)    Pack Equipment carefully, using original packaging

      iii)   Enclose all original Product Documentation

 

 

·      If you are returning a defective item, contact support@ucsca.com to obtain an RMA number.  Product returned to Ultimate Computer Systems without a valid RMA number will be discarded.

·      Please be as specific as possible when stating the reason for returning the equipment.

 

·      RMA numbers are valid for 21 days after being issued.  Product must be received by Ultimate Computer Systems within this time period.

 

·      Defective items being returned must be packaged as if they were new.  I.e. items must be packaged in the original packaging and all product documentation must be included.  Returned items packaged in any other manner may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.

 

 

5.      Service Fee (Please Read)

Items returned to Ultimate Computer Systems as defective, or for repair under warranty, must have the issue clearly stated - It is recommended that, if possible, you have the equipment tested by a qualified technician - prior to returning the part.  If the item proves to be in working order, and not defective, Ultimate Computer Systems will charge a $65.00 fee for testing and processing.  Items returned for repair, that do not fall under warranty, will incur costs for parts and a service fee of $65.00/hour.  The customer will be notified if charges apply, prior to any costs being incurred.
